測(cè)試目的:以(1/4”(6mm))鋼球來測(cè)試眼鏡(尤其是保護(hù)鏡)的鏡片強(qiáng)度,焊接點(diǎn)、鏡框
與鏡片密合等耐沖擊測(cè)試。
使用說明:
1.首先請(qǐng)注意機(jī)臺(tái)之電壓為幾伏特(V),然后找相同電壓之插座將機(jī)臺(tái)之插頭插上。
2.將壓力送上。
3.將氮?dú)庵邏赫{(diào)整閥裝于氮?dú)馔采?span>,
再將機(jī)臺(tái)后方之氮?dú)飧邏汗芙佑诘獨(dú)馔病?span>
4.打開銀幕之電源,空氣壓力調(diào)至5kg,待屏幕歸零后即可。
A.
選擇高速或低速測(cè)試:
如欲選擇高速:
1.先確認(rèn)好第3 項(xiàng)歩驟之動(dòng)作。
2.將高低速選擇開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)向氮?dú)飧咚贉y(cè)試。
3.打開氮?dú)狻?span>
4.然后高速測(cè)試的壓力則從氮?dú)馔采系母邏赫{(diào)整閥調(diào)整,壓力大小則看面板的高
速調(diào)整壓力表。
5.若停止測(cè)試將氮?dú)怅P(guān)掉后,再按發(fā)射鈕將氮?dú)馀懦觥?span>
B.如欲選擇低速:
1.將氮?dú)怅P(guān)掉。
2.按發(fā)射鈕,將機(jī)臺(tái)內(nèi)剩余的氮?dú)馀懦觥?span>
(此1、2 項(xiàng)為高速切換低速時(shí)之前置歩驟;若直接測(cè)試低速則歩驟從第3 項(xiàng)開始)
3.然后將高低速選擇開關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)向空氣低速測(cè)試。而壓力調(diào)整則從操作面板右側(cè)前方
有一只低速調(diào)整閥調(diào)整,壓力大小則看操作面板之低速調(diào)整壓力表。
4.
若停止測(cè)試將空氣關(guān)掉后,再按發(fā)射鈕將空氣排出。
5.將雷射開關(guān)開啓,然后把射擊箱內(nèi)之人頭移至非射擊點(diǎn)之位置,在測(cè)速時(shí)不讓鋼珠打到,
或者可將人頭座取出,再調(diào)整其所需之速度。
6.在調(diào)整速度或測(cè)試時(shí),將鋼珠上膛后,此時(shí)鐳射光是不亮的(代表鋼珠已上膛)再作發(fā)射
的動(dòng)作。
7.
將彈珠裝入彈孔內(nèi), 然后將上膛把手往后拉到底, 再放掉把手即可發(fā)射。
(※注意:若上膛把手未拉到底,則不能發(fā)射。)
(※因?yàn)?*上之顧慮,所以射擊箱門內(nèi)裝有一個(gè)**開關(guān),因此門一開就不能發(fā)射彈
珠。)
完成以上動(dòng)作后,即可將要測(cè)試之眼鏡,戴上將要測(cè)試之人頭上,然后調(diào)整其將要測(cè)試
之位置即可。(※注意:槍管上的電線(光纖)內(nèi)心是玻璃材料,不可拉扯或扭曲,否則容
易斷裂,就測(cè)不出時(shí)速。)
